According to Mr. Sheholli, the executive head, has given the letters to Vucinqi so that he can appear peaceful before the internationals.
“Most Albanians say “this minister of Milosevic”, it is true that he has been his minister, but it is also true that he is the president of Serbia and most of his people voted. Now, we have no choice but to talk to him. Sheholli added that Mr. Borrell, who says “is disappointed with Kosovo” is very serious.
