However, this departure of Serbs from Kosovo institutions is not preventing their functioning.
So he said about Security connoisseur Nuredin Ibishi.
“has been warned days earlier by Serbs and this is expected, but that the functioning of institutions continues to flow regardless of whether they are part of them. I think that as far as police and customs are functioning, it will continue even without their participation, it is not a regular, normal situation, but that even in this state of operation will continue with other officers”, Ibishi told Periscope.
The Security Secretary added that earlier internationals had to act so that Serbs would know not to make such decisions.

That the removal of Serbs is no obstacle to the functioning of the country's institutions had even the connoisseur of the Constitution, Mazum Baraliu.

Rakiq today has conditioned Prime Minister Albin Kurti to withdraw from the license plates and formation of association.
This actually means until he (Albin Kurti) withdraws unilateral and illegal decisions for reregistering until he forms the Association of Serbian Communities in line with the first agreement and all other agreements related to the issue in dialog”, Rakiq said. /Iliryana-Periscope
