He said the army could respond to “these challenges” and “with” and in other ways.

Radio Free Europe addressed the Ministry of Defence in Belgrade on November 1st on the issue of combat readiness, but received no response.
These developments come at a time when the country's government plan for reregistering Serbian illegal license plates is being implemented in Kosovo RKS, or Republic of Kosovo.
This plan began in three stages ʹ to be implemented by November 1st and will be completed by April 21st, 2023.
The majority of Serbs in northern Kosovo, who are largely controlled by official Belgrade, oppose plates issued by the state of Kosovo.
Serbs in other parts of Kosovo have long registered their cars with RKS license plates.
The issue of illegal license plates caused tensions in the north last summer, when some local Serbs rebelled and established barricades.
To calm the situation, Kosovo postponed the decision to reregister cars for some time.
