Romania's foreign minister: Stop tensions in the north

Romania's Foreign Minister, Bogdan Aurescu, prior to the EU foreign ministers' meeting, has encouraged Kosovo and Serbia to continue dialogue and that the situation in northern Mitrovica is under control.
