Altina Rexhepi's lawyer, who has supported all of Pelaj's reasoning, has rejected the request.
Similarly, Remzie Red's lawyer said that there is no material evidence that proves that his client is involved in the case. He has asked the Prosecutor for evidence that Red is involved in using force against the 70-year-old.
Despite attorneys' statements, the judge of the preliminary procedure assessed him as based on the request of the Paj Prosecutor and three suspects, Aurona Pelaj, Altina Rexhepi and Remzie Redi, have been sent to custody for 30 days.
