The removal of Serbs from institutions, Selmanaj: Part of this plan with or unconsciously has become Kurt

LDK MP Driton Selmanaj has reacted after Serbs made the decision to leave Kosovo institutions, writes Periscopi.

Selmanaj in a post in his Facebook account said that the removal of Serbs from domestic institutions “has been a several-year project of Serbia's fascist policy”.

On the other hand, he says that part of that plan also became the Kosovo Government together with Prime Minister Kurti.

The goal of this project is for the 10-year process of dialogue to be declared failed, and all agreements reached are cancelled. This would then reveal the need for organising an International Conference that would put all possible options on the table and thereby legitimise Serbia's merit that the state of Kosovo is an unbounded project.

That would be fatal for our country. This would put the Ahtisaari package, the Act of Kosovo's declaration of independence, over 100 recognitions, as well as the International Court of Justice's 2010 ruling, which had sealed the legality of Kosovo's declaration of independence, with the conclusion that “Kosovo's Declaration of Independence on February 17th 2008 has not violated international law””, it wrote among other things.

Let us not forget the fact that Serbs have become part of Kosovo police, judicial and procumental systems, customs and other institutions, not by their own will and by Serbia, but after great pressure and international mediation.

Therefore, honoured citizens only very close co-ordination with the US and Western allies can give epilogue the final agreement on normalising Kosovo relations to Serbia.

Any other adventure will result in great damage to our country.
