Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has started his word at the intergovernmental meeting in Skopje with the situation in which the world is located after the start of the war in Ukraine.
During his speech in the presence of Macedonian counterpart Dimitar Kovachevski, Rama said that after the meeting in Struga, the two governments meet in another context now -- first because of the war, and secondly because of the Union's receiving green light for launching negotiations.
“Today we return here for another important meeting, a meeting of two governments, but in a completely different context as far as the situation is concerned, in Europe, in the region, in our countries. Putin's war in Ukraine strikes, destroys, opens wounds, and expels people from their country. But on the other hand, it is provoked just to bow down the West, the Euro-Atlantic community, to kneel all countries west of Russia, which we are part of, said Rama.
