Five privatised companies withdraw shares

Five companies in Spinoff Special have withdrawn their shares. That's because they haven't met the terms of the deal. That's what he said. AKP through a written answer. The Kosovo Alliance of Business has said that these companies hold to these demands, they need the support of the government and the AKP.
With Spinoff Special in Kosovo, 26 companies have been privatised, of which 21 have been released from commitments. Kosovo Privatisation Agency spokesperson Veton Hajdini, via email, announced to Radio Kosovo that under the sales contract, up to 6 months after the release, The AKP has the right to request information on activities that are developing these companies, but from what it sees, their inherited share of agreements is active.
In response to the AKP, five companies reportedly have been withdrawn because of the failure to meet the terms of the agreement. These companies are: “Lamkos Stele”,” Xim Stezovci”, “Grand Hotel” and “Megnesite Mine Golesei”, while the company “Kosova Holding”, which has withdrawn the shares, the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, has imposed security measures until the final decision. And so, The AKP has told Radio Kosovo that the total value of investments made and accepted with the audit report is over 176m euros.
Kosovo Alliance of Business Chairman Agim Sahini told our radio that during the privatisation process, there have been many turbulence at different times due to wrong policies, as he calls them <x0).
“I think that companies that are still in AKP's supervision with the Special Spinoff are barely meeting those requirements, but I think that the government and the AKP should have tolerance towards these companies as well as to have tolerance even more”, Sahin says.
Criticising the current AKP leadership, Sahin said this agency should renew staff with new frameworks that have clearer market vision.
“must work with market economy vision rather than vision of the economy planned by the past. Most of the time, there have been cases that have made political decisions, and this has damaged the country's image of foreign and Kosovo investors”, Sahin said.
Meanwhile, according to the AKP, active companies that are continuing with Spinoff Special, are among other things, “Progress”, “Sanflauer oil”, “Clocott Bay”, “Peja Brejveri”,” Ferronikli”, “Rahoveci Vajrin”, so on.
