President Osmani for elections in the north: Can be kept on December 18th

Osmani has said that, under the law, the last date to announce elections is tomorrow.
The president indicated that two possible dates have been discussed to hold elections in northern Mitrovica, Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposaviq.
Of all the parties present, I asked for an opinion about December 18th, because it is the last date allowed”, Osmani said, adding that he chose this date because more space would be given for organisation.
