In a proposal for media from the town of Kukes, where they are taking a visit, Begaj also stopped at the situation in northern Kosovo.
My message to the Kosovo government authorities is to maintain calm, continue dialogue, because only through dialogue can the solution of problems” be achieved, Begaj has said.
The overall global security situation is vulnerable. As you know, Russia's unprotested and untested attack on Ukraine has caused the entire security situation to be disoriented even in the Western Balkan region, which I appreciate is a quiet situation, but very fragile, and at any time, it can be this tension”, Begaj said.
“We as Albanians, as a nation, need to remain calm, do not succumb to provocations, and ensure that we are citizens, we do not want war, but we want peace, and we need to contribute as much to solving problems as possible through dialogue”, the Albanian president has declared.
