Pope Francis has condemned the latest wave of missile attacks in Ukraine, urging God to push “to” and end the war in Ukraine.
In a speech to his general audience at St. Peter's Square, the pope called for a ceasefire to avoid the risk of escalation of conflict.
However, he did not mention the latest incident in Poland.
“I learned pain and concern for a new and even more severe missile attack in Ukraine, which caused deaths and injuries in many civil infrastructure”, the Pope said, writes Sky News.
He added: “We can pray for Ukraine by saying, if you want, '%Nxito, Lord”
Yesterday, Russia launched 110 rockets and 10 offensive fears produced by Iran in Ukraine, Ukraine's General Staff of Armed Forces said. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenksy said the main target of the missile storm was energy infrastructure.
