“We have no final evidence at the moment of who launched this rocket... is most likely a missile produced by Russia, but all this is still under investigation at this moment,” told reporters Andreze Duda.
The Polish Foreign Ministry had said earlier that a rocket produced by Russia had fallen into the village.
Duda said Poland would most likely seek consultations according to Article 4 of NATO's military alliance following the blast.
