That at least has been said of Klan Kosovo, the police patrol that was standing there from entering into force of the measure of reproof.
Even after entering into force, cars in northern Mitrovica continue to circulate with KM license plates.
At the square “Carzar”, he also saw a cop who wasn't scolding the drivers.
