The convicts, two former Russian intelligence officers and a separatist Ukrainian leader were also ordered to pay at least 16m euros in compensation for relatives of 298 victims.
A fourth suspect was acquitted of all charges, Aljazeera writes.
The court calls the charges proven so serious that it thinks only the highest possible prison sentence would be appropriate”, said the chief judge, Hendrik Steenhuis.
