KIPRED Executive Director Lulzim Peci has said he has seen several versions of the Franco-German plan.
During his speech at KDI discussion on the subject “What is the way forward?”, Peci said that at points in one version he saw, it is the Serbian Orthodox Church, but said there is no final version yet.
“I've seen several versions of this plan (Granco-German), I'm not sure which is the real one. In essence, the model of two Germanys for the first phase and then has to do with final recognition that would mean normalising Kosovo-Serbia relations, can have normalisation without recognition of both countries, and without diplomatic relations”.
There are two other elements, in one of the versions I've seen, one that's been put into question, I'm sure if this is the version until that official comes out, one of the points will be the Serbian Orthodox Church and the implementation of all the agreements that have been implemented so far, but don't take my word as final, without even the final version, but in one of the versions that I've seen has this element”, Peci said.
