According to the media media media medium épaparaciʹ at the meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim and the chief of the so-called “Zyra for Kosovo” in Serbia's government, Petar Petkovic, has agreed to extend the deadline for the license plate for 10 months.
In this agreement it is envisioned that Serbs return to Kosovo institutions, except for MPs who have lost their mandate.
The parties have also agreed that the association will be formed within the Franco-German plan.
In the deal reached, it is said Serbia will not prevent elections in the north, but will participate.
The first Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, held bilateral meetings in Brussels with the European Union's Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajčak.
According to the prime minister's office, at this meeting, the way forward in the dialogue process was discussed. But no more details have been given.
