He has reacted after EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrell has blamed Kosovo for failing to reach the license agreement.
Pacolli stressed that the EU should be more neutral in negotiations.
The former foreign minister mentioned the visa promises.
“The EU should at least minimally respect Kosovo as a state and be more neutral in negotiations. Today's result in Brussels is due. Dialogue cannot continue forever. The deadline must be set! And let's not forget the promise of visa liberalisation...”, Pacolli wrote. /Periscopi/
