Osmani, while participating in this summit, was seen to have met with France's president, Emmanuel Macron.
The Francophony Summit has gathered heads of member states and associated members of the International Francophony Organisation to discuss common political and economic challenges, strengthening Francophony co-operation, advancing human rights, education, culture and democracy.
Kosovo is an associate member of the Francophony Organisation by 2018.
