EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said Kosovo and Serbia failed to reach any agreement on the license issue, and for that, he placed responsibility especially on the Kosovo side.

Borrell hosted Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Brussels on Monday, and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq.

After today's meeting in Brussels, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has reacted, which said the first rule of each mediating process is impartiality. She has cited EU foreign policy and security chief Josep Borell's unilateral stance, taking Serbia's side.

What we saw today from Mr. Borrell was a openly distributed bias, accomodating the aggressor and presenting a completely distorted reality. If Borrell were to respect the basic principles of neutrality, he would mention Serbia, at least some of these broken Brussels agreements, instead of accusing Kosovo”, Osmani said.

Kosovo's president has cited 15 points Serbia has not respected the agreements. Below, you can read all the observations she has given:

1. The violation of the obligation to break up illegal parallel criminal structures, as required in the 2013 Agreement. Rather, these structures today are supported, financed and armed by Vuciq, with the aim of attacking Kosovo in the style of Putin's plan;

2. Failure to implement the 2013 Agreement Plan, which requires both sides to adopt amnesty laws. So far, only Kosovo has approved;

3. The 2013 deal's break of obligations involving holding elections, where Serbia has repeatedly sparked attacks on Serbian parties that were not considered loyal to the government of Serbia. This has been confirmed several times by reports from international election observer teams;

4. The continuing violation of Article 14 of the Agreement, which requires Serbia not to block Kosovo's European path;

5. The violation of provisions 9, 10 and 11 of the 2013 Agreement, where the integration of Serbs into police, court, etc. is preceded. Moreover, in recent days we have seen flagrant violations of this agreement with the signing of contracts with Serbia's illegal institutions and no EU response;

6. Blocking energy agreement implementation for nearly 10 years;

7. Failure to comply with the Free Movement Agreement, through stops which Serbia made many Kosovo officials and citizens of all profiles enter Serbia, rejection of documents issued by Kosovo, etc;

8. Failure to comply with the justice agreement, through placing seals in the original documents of Kosovo courts and other bodies with the inscription “Republic of Serbia (Kosovo and Metohija) under UN administration and Resolution 1244. ”;

9. Failure to comply with the Agreement on Interconnective Offices by allowing the expansion of liaison office staff as the parties were agreed on;

10. The violation of the customs deal, where Serbia still uses parallel customs seals, etc.

11. The violation of the cadastra agreement, where there is no progress in Serbia's obligations to hand over the original cadastran documents;

Twelve. The violation of the diploma agreement, in which there is also no progress on Serbia's part;

13. The violation of the Ibër Bridge agreement, prompting illegal structures to continue with illegal activities by blocking vehicle flow;

14. The violation of the regional representation agreement, trying to block Kosovo's participation and misinterpreting the accession agreement in telling each regional organisation or the European Union, whether they are government, parliamentary or other level meetings;

15. Obstruction of obligations for operating border points;

The list, says the president of Kosovo, is longer than that.

“Peace and stability cannot be achieved by accommodate those who have hegemonic ambitions. But, Kosovo will never give up the clear goal of long-term peace and stability, as well as the rule of law on its entire territory”, President Vjosa Osmani has written on her Facebook network. /Periscopi/
