Vjosa Osmani, who has taken over this institution by not seeking health care in our institution, but without consulting at all with leading personnel, has received health treatment outside USKKUK”, it says in that response.
The surgeons have now declared that the operation to remove the lesions is a routine procedure conducted in the Abdominal Surgery Clinic since 1999 with a percentage of success 99.9 percent.
“The disregard and humiliation the president has made to the surgeons' college, and in particular the institution on which he leads is unacceptable to all”, it is said in response.
The Berlin Process
The Berlin Process was held yesterday, and six leaders of Western Balkan countries participated.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with his 5 counterparts from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia, have signed three regional co-operation agreements under the Berlin Summit.
These agreements agreed earlier include freedom of movement, recognition of university diplomas and professional qualifications.
