He has said police have not filed a warrant, but have said it was announced later that his arrest occurred on a 2016 case.
I don't know which subject, probably someone who's connected to the protests I was in Vetevendosje Movement. They stopped me in the street, I don't know if they were following me, or they saw me by chance from”, said Nushi.

Around 4:00, Nol Niushi stopped at the traffic light while he was in the car. Police have presented no warrants, violating rules and law in force. They arrested Nolin without any legitimate, legal cover and sent him to the police station-South.
This manner of arrest without the presentation of the warrant gives way to arbitrariity. Our reaction should be oriented toward this way of functioning that allows for abuse by power, by police forces, when it needs it. If we submit to arbitrarity today, political persecution will be justified tomorrow by such actions.
Nol Nushi is released, but his ID is stopped. This police action has no legal explanation, and as such it is extremely certain. Therefore, emergency investigations must be opened against police and command lines.
