Shala has given several reasons why she has made a decision to resign from the post of justice deputy.
“Yes, I have demanded resignation and no longer serve in the quality of Deputy Justice Minister”, Shala told RTK.
Explaining the reasons, she said she has resigned after a decision the University of Pristina Steering Council has made.
This Council prohibits the appointment, reappointed and advancing of academic staff to serve in two public tasks simultaneously.
“Take into account my preparation and my commitment to contribute to the establishment of generations of new jurists in our republic, continuing to exercise deputy ministerial office, is an obstacle to the fulfillment of academic goals”.
However, she declared that the service in the position of deputy prime minister in Prime Minister Kurti's cabinet has been an honor for her and is grateful.
Shala has been appointed to the post by Prime Minister Alibin Kurti in March 2021.
