During reporting to the Commission for Education, without full participation of MPs, the opposition, Minister Nagavci warned that the draft law on higher education would soon be adopted in Government and then in the Assembly.
Through it, according to Minister Nagavci, the criteria for establishing institutions for higher education and academic appointments will be adjusted.
Before MPs, it underlined the dissertation that leads to plagiarism in higher education.
