Mustafa has said it is still unclear whether this agreement contains exactly the nine points that were published yesterday, however, he considers it step forward with any effort leading Kosovo towards the European Union and contributes to the full consolidation of recognition by all EU countries.

In a proposal for Online Reporter Journal.net the former prime minister says the government of Kosovo should use the current climate, support from the US and EU dialogue process, and not stop until mutual recognition is reached.

It is unclear whether these nine points contain this agreement. However, I consider that it is step forward with every effort leading Kosovo towards the European Union and contributes to the full consolidation of recognition by all EU countries. Kosovo should take advantage of the current climate, US and EU support of the dialogue process, and not stop until mutual recognition is reached”, Mustafa has said.

During yesterday's day, the European medium “Euroactiv” has published nine points said to be of the Franco-German draft document that has been proposed under the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process.

The European Union has already confirmed that it has taken the positions of both sides on this proposal.

A trilate meeting between Prime Minister Kurti and Serbian President Vuciq, which are participating in the Peace Forum at the invitation of France's President Emmanuel Macron, has also been warned during the day.

Kurti has warned that there may be a trilateral meeting with Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.

The prime minister has said there are two proposals on the table, until he has added that he is always interested, in dialogue for agreement, in full normalisation of relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia, with mutual recognition at the centre.

“I have two proposals on the table: mine for the overall framework of the agreement presented at the August 18th 2022 meeting in Brussels, as well as the Franco-German proposal having the support of the United States of America and the European Union, presented by emissars Jens Plötner and Emmanuel Bonne. Parial dialogue with others, rule of law for all, and peace and security in the entire territory go together”, Kurti said.
