Pirc Musar won 53.87 per cent of the vote in the runoff, while her rival right politician and former Foreign Minister Andze Logar won 46.13 per cent, the election commission's data, based on 77 per cent of the votes counted, showed.
Slovenia has held parliamentary elections Sunday.
