Minxhozi stressed that a clear vision is now required by the parties, according to him, not to harm the process of dialogue and that of European integration.
He stressed that institutionally, Kosovo has all its right to unify actions involving license plates, until it said it is a decision postponed several times, and that still a postponement is required.

Dialogue is an extraordinary necessity for the development of Kosovo and Serbia”, Minxhozi said.
