Milaim Zeka acquitted of secretly recording

The Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor charged Zeka with secretly recording the injured B.D at a restaurant in Pristina, while the latter had asked him not to mention her son in his writings or anywhere else. But then, the accuser is said to have surpassed that recording to third persons.
The indictment against accused Zeka was announced on Wednesday by Judge Sabit Sadikuj, reports “The Justice Vow“.
According to Judge Sadij, the accused is acquitted of the prosecution, since it has not been proven that he has committed the same criminal work for which he was charged.
The damaged side has been instructed in civil conflicts.
Otherwise, the indictment provided by the “Justice Vow” results in training in the court on 18 March 2021.
According to the indictment filed by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Milaim Zeka was charged that on May 18, 2017, on the “B” street in the restaurant “The village of” in Pristina, without authorization, has now recorded the B.D. and that it has distributed this recording to third persons.
With these actions, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Milaim Zekam accused him of committing criminal work “Photo and other unauthorized recordings”, by Article 205, par. 2 connected to KPRK's par 1.
