If these judges don't get back to work tomorrow, or if they don't get back to the system, all those subjects, even if they're in the last phase, that means if they've been held judicial examination for a year or two and there's only been a verdict, because of changing the court, they're going back to zero. It means all that has been worked two-three years back to zero, the case must be judged from the start”, Miftaraj said Tuesday at “Tempus“.
According to him, the same is almost true in civil and counter-inference cases, including the latter, Miftaraj says that they are signed in one year.
“So if we have over 5-10 thousand cases of counter-injury, if for a year no judges return, all those cases are submitted and the state somehow cannot handle those cases”, Miftaraj said.
He stated that citizens would not be able to obtain services that the state with the Constitutions and the law is obliged to offer.
“So that Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, our institutions, is so guilty of the EU and international partners, which I repeat if there is no behind the lines.
