Miftarian: When state mechanisms fail, we count the victims

He has said that when state mechanisms fail, it is expected to increase the number of victims.

He has said that even the activity of the current campaign “16 days of activism” are being ignored by KRK and KKP.

Kosovo Minister of Health!

The Kosovo government is currently at war with the Judiciary Council and the Prosecutorial Council, they do not speak, they do not communicate among themselves.

In Kosovo the campaign has begun “16 activism days” against violence! All activities of this campaign so far are ignored and there is no representation from the judicial and prosecutorial system.

Today, the Constitutional Court has answered the Kosovo Institute for Justice, as it still has the case of Sebahate Morina's murder at work. The IKD through the QNJ had sent this case to the Constitutional Court nearly 15 months ago, for decepting the state to ensure the right to life of the late Sebahate Morina. Even after 15 months, the Constitutional Court has not ruled this sensitive case.

When all the mechanisms in the state fail, we will continue to count the victims! Crime victims, unfortunately for the state have become statistics.

While the state, power, state mechanisms are considered a fan of a football club and not as citizens who are accounting for why we are the minister of health, why don't the government cooperate with KRK and with the KPC, and many others why don't operate the state mechanisms, we will continue to mourn the victims that the state is leaving in the mud.
