Mej: Only threat to Serb community are Belgrade-led groups

As the minister of this dictatorship says, both the establishment of Serbian military capacities on the border with Kosovo, as well as the decision of members of the Serb community for evacuation from Kosovo institutions are attempted actions to destabilise the country.

Through a post in his Facebook account, Mehe has indicated that institutions are in co-ordination with police and KFOR.

“These actions are the only obstacle to reaching an agreement that would allow the two states to move forward to integrate into the European Union. The defence ministry, as well as other law enforcement agencies, remains committed to guaranteeing the country's sovereignty as well as protecting the lives of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo indiscriminately etnie”, Mehe has written.

He has stressed that the only threat to the Serb community “are the individuals and Serb criminal groups being compiled by Belgrade”.

The “whose activity should be halted as soon as possible, and for that we are in constant co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, as well as with the KFOR mission. Therefore, we appeal to all citizens of the country and specifically to our citizens of the Serb community, to be vigilant, not manipulated and not to fall prey to dezinforms that are part of the unbrokenly orchestrated scenarios from Serbia, and its known and practiced mechanisms in the past”, Mehe wrote.
