CNN reports of at least seven Ukrainian cities to have been the target of Russian attacks.
This wave of missile attacks in various areas across Ukraine is the first this month, following several devastating rounds in October.
Chryvy Rih, Rivne, Sumy, Polanva, Kharkiv, Lviv, and capital Kiev are the already confirmed areas as the target of these attacks that came only a few hours after President Zelensky at the G20CE summit outlined a ten-point peace plan to end the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Tuesday's Russian attacks show how Russia thinks of any possible peace negotiations with Ukraine.
Russian “Rackets are killing people and destroying infrastructure across Ukraine now” wrote Kuleba on Twitter, the online newspaper Reporter.net wrote.
Rackety attacks in Ukraine resumed on Tuesday, first in the capital, Kiev. The city's military government announced that at least three explosions have been heard and instructed residents to stay in shelters.
