Party Chairman Fatmir Limaj said in Chim Peka Live that 13% of Kosovo's territory are out of control, as mass Serb resignations.
In some parts of Kosovo, institutions are missing and citizens have no security, Limaj said.
The state has been challenged, added the head of '%Nisma, while accusing the government of having no plan B.
This state in sense is militarily. They weave verses and praise to the army and to the church. This is not the church of faith but the political church. It was a guide of nationalism and war. Our country has been challenged in recent days. Virtually 13% of Kosovo's territory is without state institutions. We have our fellow greenhouses with no minimum security. This is the responsibility of the state of Kosovo. Today, in 4 Serb municipalities, there are no security, judicial, prosecutorial organs, there are no primary organs of creating an environment. We challenge as a country, as a majority. What are the measures to be taken? This scenario has not taken us by surprise. There must be a plan B. What's plan B? There must be security for people there for life to function normally”, Limaj said.
