Kurti, through a text on the social Twitter network, said no incidents have been recorded since the start of implementing the car license decision.
He said it is Belgrade that has promoted and frightened Kosovo Serbs to abandon Kosovo institutions.
No incident has been recorded since the beginning of our stepped-up decision to license plates. Despite that, Belgrade has urged and intimidated Kosovo Serbs to abandon our institutions. My fellow citizens, I urge you not to boycott and leave your institutions”.
