Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti before the media said he hopes the EU will find the strength to stand behind its proposal for normalising Kosovo and Serbia relations. Stressing “that after eight hours there are no arrangements for”.
“We cannot be changed with state leaders who deal with license issues and we don't discuss normalisation”, Kurti told reporters.
As for Serbia to cut off the license plates, Kurti said that “is not acceptable for us unless it is associated with what we have been invited to fully normalise relations”.

European Union High Representative Josep Borrell has declared that he expects Kosovo to suspend fines he plans to give to drivers with illegal license plates, while from Serbia has asked to suspend the release of these plates.
