Kurti has said it is a good basis for dialogue without entering into the details of such a proposal.
He has said that the good of such a proposal is that it is based on values and not only on solving problems like previous approach.
The executive head, however, has stressed that the Franco-German proposal “has many shortcomings”, but adds it is a good starting point.
He has already spoken of the possibility of reaching a final agreement with Serbia and has expressed optimism that the chances are very good for it to be achieved along the administration of Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
The reciprocal notion will not be the only issue, but it must be the central section”, Prime Minister Kurti has declared.
Kurti has shown Kosovo's intention to submit EU membership application by the end of the year.
