Overseers of the candidate selection process in senior leadership positions -- the U.K. Embassy Commission in Kosovo -- have published their independent report, through which they do not recommend any of the three candidates valued at the highest scores for the state leadership.

Will Kurt take this British assessment into account?
Prime Minister Albin Kurti on Tuesday, at the annual conference organised by the British Embassy, has stressed that reform in public administration is an essential part of the planned reforms in our government's programme. It is our belief and attitude that a public administration loyal to the state, honest, educated and prepared, with greater efficiency, is a prerequisite for fulfilled development policies.
Prime Minister Kurti in his address has stressed that “the reformation of the Public Administration is and the precondition for the advance steps of the Republic of Kosovo towards membership in the European Union. He stressed that the Government is committed to reform and therefore the administration we are building to be based on certain principles widely respected by democratic and developed countries”./ P ERISCOPI/
