Prime Minister Kurti expressed gratitude for Mr. Solana during two determining moments for our people: our liberation in 1999, as well as the declaration of independence in 2008. Mr. Solana, as former Secretary General NATO and former High Representative of the EU Foreign and Security Policy is precious to the Republic of Kosovo and unforgettable to the people of Kosovo”, declared among other things in the prime minister's office's announcement.
Kurti has gone to Spain on Friday to attend the Socialist International Congress.
The media have reported on what passport the prime minister has visited Spain, knowing that this state does not recognise Kosovo and, therefore, even the country's passports.
The VV leader maintains the citizenship of Kosovo and Albania.
