Following recent developments in the issue of license plates, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti hosted the French and German ambassadors Olivier Guérot and Jörn Rohde today at a joint meeting.
According to the ZKMA communiqué, yesterday's meetings in Brussels were the central topic of discussion on what Prime Minister Kurti announced to ambassadors with the positions held and the proposed proposals of the Republic of Kosovo along with them.
He reiterated that through participation in meetings invited by its mediators and proposals, the Republic of Kosovo has testified to the constructiveness, willingness and concern for achieving the legally binding agreement for the full normalisation of relations with mutual recognition at the centre and that, as opposed to Serbia, it considers the European Union's proposal, supported by Germany, France and the United States of America as a good basis.
“stressed the need for maximum efforts to reach an agreement within the remaining hours of the 48 hour extension, so yesterday's approach to Brussels results in common compliance. ”, said in communiqué.
