Before today's summit in Paris, I met with EU High Representative Josep Borrell to discuss the proposal of Brussels supported by France, Germany and the US for normalising relations with Serbia. We should not delay talks on legally binding agreement as we deal with current questions”, the Kosovo government chief has written among other things.
