Besides Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, also of Albania, Edi Rama, has travelled to Spain.
They will attend the Socialist International Congress, held in Madrid.
“In the XXVI CONPRESIN of the Socialist International, where today we elect the new president, the prime minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez”, wrote Rama, as he published a Facebook photo.
