The “Rainfalls, which have started from today on 18/11/2022, are expected to continue even during the coming days, which will be added during Saturday afternoon's 19/11/2022 date by the date of 21/11/2022 with different territorial intensity and extent. The most pronounced will be among parts of Kosovo, especially in Dukakov (Gjakovo, Junik, Decan, Peja, Istog, Kline, Malisheva, Rahovec), then the northern, central, southern and eastern part of the country”, says the announcement.
Flooding can cause difficulties and problems as a result of rainfall.
These rainfall can create conditions for rapid flooding (the flood flash effect), which can cause difficulties and problems, especially in fast - flowing mountain streams, causing landslides, closures of the sewer system, and difficulties in circulation”, reports IHMKU.
