O V L- KLA for Special Scandal: Politicians “key stone mouth”

OVL Secretary Faton Klonaku, through a Facebook post, has said that while the Specials are running one by one scandal, politicians are silenced.

We remember that a witness has issued false statements at the Special Court against Hashim Thaci and Kadri Weselini, claiming they were responsible for leaking documents for which war veterans' leaders have been tried and sentenced. Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj.

Then, this person, whose identity has not been revealed, has drawn his statements, claiming that he had been moved by another person to lie.

The Witness who had issued false statements as well as the person who had urged him to give those statements turns out to have connections with the Serbian Secret Service.

This is the shocking discovery that Kadri Wessel's defense team made in a parachute published on the official site of Specialised Chambers.

The person who had encouraged this witness to fabricate, whom the defence calls <x0informator”, according to the letter, had regular and direct contact with the Specialised Prosecutor's Office and with the Special Prosecutor.

In October 2022, a witness appeared to claim that Mr. Wessel and Mr. Thaci was responsible for leaking documents that were at the centre of the Gucati case and Haradinaj near the Specialised Chambers of Kosovo”.
