NS Side 35kV and non-tensity all 10kV exits between 11:00 and 1500.

Locations: The Palaj mill, Hade-Miniera, Hades, Hamid, Lithish, the Sibovc Tower, Candangelian Sibovc, Sibovc to Kelmen, Shippula, Grabovci, private Tr of Medicine, Sarajevo Bivolak, Plemetin-Jemnicians and consumers of the village of Sibovc, Obilic (a part), Masgi of Er and Low. Pristina-Mitrovica magistrates, Subotiqi and Chijaci, Fidanisti Kastriot, Hastronians, Elektro-Monti, Palaj, Low Stanovci, Apriluzha, Great River, Glavotini, Bivolac, Zilioda, Strovci and Beqku.

Reason: Preventive substation maintenance.
