Kadri Wessel's lawyer urges the judge not to decide for continued detention

Following several topics that were raised by Wessel's defence at the last statute's hearing, the lawyer demands that his detention be postponed until a particular intelligence issue related to examining his detention, which was established at the Fifteenth Status Conference, is resolved.

On November 7th 2022, Emmerson asks him to be appointed as soon as the next review of Wessel's detention has been resolved after the highest- Addressed request has been addressed.

The defense recalls that it has been ordered to apply for the discovery in question until November 14, 2022; and an answer, if there are, until November 29, 2022. The defence requires that the next review of Wessel's detention be established as soon as possible following the decision on this bid”, the document says.

At the last session, lawyer Ben Emmerson mentioned material dealing with the counterfeits of Serbia and Russian intelligence services.

I want to say the following requests: The first to postpone making the decision on the 103rd rule materials dealing with the counterfeit services of Serbia in light of issues that were raised in private hearings, and in this request will include counterfeits not only of Serbia's services, but also of Russia”, he said.

Emmerson asked the judge to consider once again the detention of KLA leaders.
