“It is a pleasure that the basis of the idea of our “Troika”, proposed by 2007, is being discussed in a new form, as the Franco-German initiative in the case of Kosovo”, has written Ischinger on Twitter, broadcasts Klan Kosovo. tv
He has said the proposal made in 2007 has failed “due to a person named Sergey Lavrov [Russia Foreign Minister]”.
Formeringer has been locked in Vienna negotiations from where and later came up the proposal known as “Ahtisaari's Paco” on which independence was declared.
