Under these circumstances, the head of the court, the judge, Mede Bytyqi, announced the parties' right to the prosecution's request and to reject evidence in the 30-day term.
Otherwise, the initial session in this initial case was held on October 25th of this year at a request for protection. They had requested this postponement with the reasoning that the subject is volumeful and that they are not equipped with all the material paperwork.
According to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Pristina, Jeton and Nexhat Vlasaliu are charged with criminal acts “heavy murder”, from Article 173, paragraph 1.6 and 1.4 concerning Article 31 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code (KPRK).
The indictment reportedly said that from January 9th, 2021 to April 8, 2021, defendants Vlasaliu in co-ordination following the preliminary agreement had begun planning to deprive the injured man of life, Bedri Rexhepi, with the goal of gaining rich benefits.
According to the prosecution, they had initially divided the roles and planned actions, and Jeton Vlasaliu using the trust the deceased Rexhepi had against him, puts the same role in vain, as starting on January 9, 2021, had offered for sale two cars, a “Range Rover” and a “BMW X3”, for the value of 30,000 euros.
In addition, it is said that during the realisation of their plan, the defendant lives, on April 8, 2021, the injured Rexhepi takes him to the village of Vlasal to the defendant's home, where they had previously planned his murder.
After that, the indictment says that the defendant lives in a subtle way by narrowing him away from his life, thinking he has the amount of money with him and the amount of 30 thousand euros worth of money, as had been agreed on for the sale of cars.
However, according to the indictment following the murder of the victim, he had found only the 8 thousand euros he has shared with defendant Nexhat Vlasaliu. Then, it is said that he takes the dead man's corpse to the third floor of the house and unable to bury him and wrapped his head in black hooks of the najlon, and that the whole body with the curtain of the defendant's house bound by a rope.
On the other hand, it is said that the deceased Rexhepi's car was sent to the Sushica village grounds -Jineve and from there, the defendant Jeon had called the defendants Nexhat, who had then taken him in his car on the road leading to where he had left the deceased vehicle.
Following the indictment, it is said that the defendant Nexhat would thus take part in doing the work, and by trying to lose track of the work as planned earlier.
According to the indictment, early in the morning on April 9, 2021, together they go to their home in the village of Vlasal where the corpse was located and in co-ordination send it to the hilly-mountain site called the Great Mountain in Vlasal, where the defendant Nexhat carried out the action as they had planned earlier, for the disappearance of the corpse by burying it and hiding traces until September 30th, 2022, when mortor remains believed to be found to be damaged by Rexhepi.
The same, they're also charged with criminal work “The fate of graves or corpses”, by Article 413, paragraph 2 related to KPRK Article 31.
According to the second device of the indictment, defendants Vlasaliu on April 9, 2021, about 0600 in the village of Vlasal Novoberda, in co-ordination with the aim of hiding traces for the criminal work have hidden the corpse of the late Rexhepi, burying him in a place that is not a burial site, or the site called Great Mountain in Vlasal. /Betimy for Justice
