At the same time, Twitter users published pictures of the suspected woman following her arrest. Earlier, Turkish media had published a new video of the woman running among the crowd a few minutes before the deadly explosion that left 6 people dead and over 80 wounded.
The arrest of “person” that allegedly left the bomb in Istanbul was announced today by Turkish Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu, blaming The PKK, the Kurdistan Workers' Party, for the attack yesterday. Turkey's Foreign Affairs Ministry reported that more than 20 suspects were arrested, including the person suspected of leaving the explosive vehicle at Avenue Istikal, Istanbul's renowned pedonal.
