The report says that in almost all units of the Regional Water Company the values of turbulence are within the pre-priced standards, and, according to them, the situation has obviously improved after the rainfall.

“At present, in almost all CRU units, the values of turbulence are within pre-priced standards, and the situation has obviously improved after the rains of the past few days and therefore stabilised the situation with supply and quality of water for drink. The value of turbulence has been restored to parametric values within the pre-standard UA 10/2022 water quality for human consumption”.

“Functioning on water treatment plant (ITU) has been returned to full capacity. All samples collected during the present day respond to the standards set forth for drinking water. Clori resident in the ITU is brought from 0.5-0.7 mg/L, while in the distribution network 0.1-0.3 mg/L”, the announcement said.

The IKKPK has also shown areas in which there are still added values of turbulence:

CRU “Hedrodrin”-Pec region: source in Radavac (7.8 NTU ), source / Istog (10 NTU ), Janine/Kline (15.3 NTU ) source, Shkoza/Junik (8.9 NTU).

CRU “Gjakove”- Gjakova region: Gercine source (2.6 NTU).

CRU “Southergion”- Prizren region: source / Malisheve (9.8 NTU).

CRU “Hidromoreva”- Gjilan region: Novoburna source (<10 NTU).

Water in distribution networks from these systems because of increased values of turmoil is not within the pre-standard.

The citizens supplied by these systems are recommended so that the water before it is used.

Our field teams continue with regular monitoring.

We are in constant contact and co-operation with personnel in charge of the CRU until full stabilisation of the situation.

We hope that in the coming days the values of the turmoil will also be reduced to the pre-value (1 NTU) and the stabilisation of quality water supply across the country.
