US Ambassador to Kosovo Jeff Hovenier has condemned the burning of cars with RKS plates in northern Kosovo, while repeating the US stand and demand for extending the deadline for license plates.
“The US condemns burning or destroying property and any attempt to intimidate those who have or intend to receive car license plates RKS under Kosovo law. These are cowardly and criminal acts”
“We refocus our application for a full extension of the implementation period so that the RKS signs can be deployed over 12 months, claiming that Kosovo has the right to implement this change”, Had written on Twitter.
