Hoti for lowering salaries for judges and prosecutors: Government decision is illegal

This issue was considered in February 2020, when the decision to cut salaries was made only for the government cabinet by the then coalition. V V- LDK, not even for the justice system. He recommended that, until the adoption of the wage law, salaries should increase at least the rate of inflation for education, health, administration, police, KSF and other sectors that have low wages.

Today, during the Kosovo Government meeting, the decision has been made to reduce salaries for judges and prosecutors, as the same had been raised with a decision by the then Haradinaj government in 2017.
